From last 5 months we are getting the commitment for putting the gas line at Bunglow No 3, Manipushp society Part – 6, Surdhara circle Thaltej but still not action has been taken on that. Your customer care department is hopeless and it should be changed to the ”CUSTOMER NO CARE DEPARTMENT” .
We had paid the money via cheque no 210975 dated 31/07/09 of Punjab National Bank for our application no 101312 and you commitment period of six month is also over yet no actions.
We are really disappointed and most of your customers are facing the same problem, if you are not responsible to serve the customer you should not owe the responsibility and just using the public money for other interest.
We request if you are not in position to solve the problem, you should at least apolozie and return back the money, you are not losing only ADANI’s name in the market but soon you existence would be over if you follow the same policy.
