Customer calls never attended by Amar Gas Service

Dear Sir,

This is regarding Amar Gas Service, bihari colony, Shahdara. At this station no one pick customer calls even if any one tried lots of time. bell rang up for long time but no response from that side. It has been noticed every time that they are least bothered to serve their consumers. thus request you to pls. take necessary action and instruct then to provide customer care facility where cunsumer can raise their issued and concerns.
