Bad quality of Knob replaced by gas agency

Sir,

I am customer of Asal Durg agency, 203, Girnar Colony, Gandhi path, Vaishali Ngr. Jaipur. My customer no. is 025116. On 6th Oct.. i availed service of the agency to change a broken knob of my gas stve. Yesterday night, while I was cooking on other burner, I tried to light the burner with newly changed knob but it came in my hand and gas started to ooge out at very fast rate.

Thanks to God that I am alive today. I want to ask that, is human's life more cheaper today than personal profits that an agency gets by replacing such a bad quality of gas stve knobs?

Kindly see to it and do the needful.
