HARASSEMENT & NON ISSUING OF NOC

Subject: Regarding harassment and Non issuance of No Objection Certificate for Commercial Loan free vehicles from GE CAPITAL SERVICES INDIA & Sriram Transport Finance Company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are a logistic company engaged in Logistic business. We have availed commercial vehicle loan from GE Capital Services India. As per the terms of agreement, we have already paid/settled our principal amount with interest to GE Capital Service India.

Due to some or the other reasons, we could not apply for NOCs with GE Capital Services India. During the course of time, it was learnt from GE Capital Services India that they have sold commercial loan portfolio to Sriram Transport Finance Company Limited (STFC). When we approached STFC for NOC’s for loan free vehicles, but STFC categorically denied that our cases are still with GE Capital.

We approached GE Capital and then to STFC all our efforts are wasted, we are not getting concrete reply from either of them. Because of their internal issues like merger & acquisition (M&A), GE Capital Service India and Sriram Transport Finance Company Limited are harassing us for nothing.

Therefore, we are requesting you to register the above finance companies under MRTPC Act for harassment & taking undue advantage.

Therefore, it is requested to take appropriated action as per the MRTPC Act.
