Delivery Delay

Dear Sir/madam,

CSI/CAC/S/2842/M/s ARAS Motors, Madurai

Regarding: Chevrolet Travera Delivery Delay more than 3month with full payment.

I was booked TAVERA B3-10, SWITCHBLADE SILVER Booked on the month of March 7th with advance money of 25000 rs in ARS Showroom at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. When the time of booking Showroom Manager ensured as to get vehicle with 7weeksdays. But till date we didn’t receive Vehicle, also they are did not given any proper reason for this issue. I was arranged loan from the State bank from the June onwards, The loan amount has been paid to ARS Showroom by Check so I have to paying interest from this month itself. Each and every time they asking So they asking every month extension date for delivery date until now did not get Exact Delivery date.
