Service and claim of warranty

I own Cherolet AVEO of 2006 model, ever since 6 month from the date of purchase,

complaint was lodged for a creeking sound underneath front portion with the dealer Frontline Automobiles, Mangalore and the company which was not rectified till February stating that nothing is wrong and everytime the said compliant was lodged at service intervals, they used to pour water and oil to a particular portion so that the noise reduces for the time being and on 13-2, the dealer Trident Automobiles at Mysore, when the same complaint was lodged I was informed that two arms are to be replaced, due to which the said noise is coming and it costs Rs. 6, 500/-, when, I said this is my compliant for the last three years, I was informed that since warranty is over I have to pay the price and in spite of me lodging the complaint which was not rectified I had to pay a sum of about Rs. 6, 500/- .

Thus, the dealer and the company knowing fully well the fault kept quiet till the warranty period is over and then charged me, thus, the company and the dealer cheated me of Rs. 6, 500/-, regarding service at Trident Automobiles, Mysore, less said is better and which cannot be expressed, it has only to be experienced
