Service on 20000Km reg

I am Central Govt. Servant, owner of a 2008 model WagonR, Reg No. KLOI-AT- 7953 and have given the vehicle for 20000km service on 07-12 at Sarathy Auto cars, Thiruvananthapuram. They have claimed a bill for Rs6748/- vide cash memo No. BC 10005710 dt 07-12 for change of oil, Shim, Bolt, Paid service, Suspension front remove &check, Wheel balancing, wheel alignment, Brakes overhaul, stabiliser bar bush, strut breasing etc. An aqmount of Rs 4266/- has been claimed for spares and Rs 2481/- towards labour charges inclusive of 10% labour service tax. On return of my vehicle I found that my car is going towards either side of the road and I approached them for rectifying the same on 11-12.The complaint has not being rectified and it seems that they cannot diagonise the complaint. After spending this much amount I feel dejected & cheated and fear that the esteem reputation of your Company will eventually be at stake for these kind of nonsense being done by one of your authorised dealer workshop in Thiruvanathapuram.
