Rash driving and indecent behavior of Drive

The incident happened at 2:10 PM IST on 17 August
Driver of Route # 335 E (red bus), bus # 3960 was driving rash and caused lot of traffic and accident situation. When I tried to speak to Driver he was very rude while talking, I would like to complain this to highest level and request BMTC to please take these note and help public by correcting behavior of Drivers who deals with public.
