Non issue of release of hypothecation lette

I had taken loan for purchase of Opel Corsa car in the year december from the in house financial company of GM . The company name is GMAC TCFC . I have cleared all the dues in the year 2008. Till date i have not received the release letter from the finance company, inspite of repeated reminders. I have even approached the car dealer, but they are unable to help.

i do not have the agreement details with me.

Following are the details of the car which is under hypothecation.

Registration No: GA 08 A 1748 registered at RTO, Margao.

Name of owner: Smt. Zarina I. Vas

Address: H.No 329/1, Buticas, Opp. Rosary hall, Navelim, salcette, South Goa.

Dealer: Subrai Motors Pvt. Ltd.

Vasco-da-Gama, Goa.

Kindly help me to get the release order urgently as i need to sell the car.
