I had taken loan for purchase of Opel Corsa car in the year december from the in house financial company of GM . The company name is GMAC TCFC . I have cleared all the dues in the year 2008. Till date i have not received the release letter from the finance company, inspite of repeated reminders. I have even approached the car dealer, but they are unable to help.
i do not have the agreement details with me.
