Rude Insulting behaviour by Airport staff

My daughter travelled on 9th Jun from Mumbai to Bangalore, the GoAir staff at Mumbai behaved very rudely with they insulted her, because she checked in early, how does this airline recruite their staff what customer service norms they have and follow, i would strongly reccomend that this airline should GoGoGo out of service.
