Ticket Cancellation

I booked a ticket for 3 from Delhi to Goa under the PNR number FPM0I0. Due to some reason, a member of our team was unable to travel, so we had to cancel his ticket. I confirmed with the cust care executive that the refund (after deduction of 750 cancellation charges) will be returned to my bank account, and not in the form of any voucher. Today when i cancelled the ticket, they told me that they wil give a voucher and no cash. After that, they tell me the voucher number saying they are unable to mail the voucher details, so how am i supposed to know if they have actualy refunded the money just bullshitting...
