For missing of luggages of passengers

I firdaus begum and my son Ehsan boarded in flight No G8341 on 20.11.2010 at domestic airport delhi for patna as luggage of both the passengers were deposited by the said airlines for taking with the pessangers for thier said destination, which were contained clothes, camera, jewellery of a sum of Rs more than 1, 75, 000/- alongwith cash of a sum of Rs 30, 000/- as the said luggage never received to complainant at his destination despite assurance of his arrival at his given address, as both the pessangers were going to participate in the marriage of her brother but despite assurance till date same has not been delivered despite repeated requests as both the pessangers are in their single wearing clothes and said articles were not used for the marriage. you are requested to deliver the said items without any missing of the articles as early as possible.
