These Days Goa Police are Checking Two wheelers desperatly to Earn some good bucks, As they look for fault of not carrying Licence, Insurance expiry, PUC and name plates, and in Highways Helmet etc. If you don't have any of these They say penalty around rs.1000 and make agree for rider to pay Rs.100-1000 fine which they dont give any receipts, as myself twice paid fine.

Even they compulsary stop from Tourist, Please Put fine for not wearing helmets, No driving Licence, Tribble ride, Insurance renewed but somecase have to give a Notice..but No.

Why they dont stop any four wheelers? It is that, the owner of the four wheelers are Rich and Two wheelers are Poor.

So kindly see this matter, and stop harassing common man
