MONEY NOT REFUNDED

I had recently tried to book an airline ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata Travel date 06/06. Kingfisher Airline through http://goibibo.ibibo.com website. The booking was not successful as I received the following message from goibibo ''We found that you experienced an error while booking your airticket

with us a while back." My bank a/c is debited for Rs.6486/- I have also received a SMS confirming the same. I had immediately called up your contact no 09213025552 provided in the mail. The representative named Shilpa also confirmed me the same. She requested to wait for 1-2 days and told it will get refunded. But it is more than a week and still now it is not refunded. I had called up their contact no and through the contact us form available in the website. But the issue is not yet resolved.

Request you to look into this and help me to get refund at the earliest. I am also having the screen shot taken during the transaction as reference, Please help me to get refunded. I have written to them at travel@ibibogroup.com but they are not responding. I even tried to call their contact no but no ones responding.
