Refund pending

I have booked one ticket from Bangalore to Patna (PNR No. - FMN05RX24EL) from Ibibo on 21st of december '09 and due to unavailability of seat the charged amount 16939 Rs is to be refunded back with in 7-10 working days as checked with Ibibo customer care on the same day.

A Ibibo complaint no . 1001151 which was raised against refund of the amount charged by Ibibo against unconfirmed ticket booking.

Till now, the said amount not yet credited back to the account. It's almost a month now just 2-3 times of normal processing time for refund.

I checked it many times at customer care but they don't have answer for it. Apart from this everytime I am listening "It will be done in two-three working days". I am requesting you to please look in to this matter and help me out with this.
