Efund on cancellation

I have booked 4 tickets from delhi to mumbai. the booking ticket PNR is BLKWMK, after that i cancelled 1 ticket from those 4 tickets the PNR of which is BIJIVH.

i contacted ibibo people regarding this, their reply was like you will get yourrefund within 15 working days but now its around 2 months have been passed. i hv contacted 6-8 times, each time i call they are not responding properly and cut the phone call.

please help
