Refund Issue

I have booked a round trip ticket from goibibo and i paid 7918.00 INR and i cancelled my one way ticket after confirming them. they told they will refund for same with in 3-4 working days. now after that i long conversation i had with these frauds. but no response.

my next step for these kind of companies is i am going to book a domian named www.Complaintsofgoibibi.com and i will publish of there scams over there so that in future they cant cheat any body.

750 250 pp/ps airline and goibibo cancellation charges would be deducted and rest would be refunded back to the same account with which the payment was made.

I got your mail that I will get only 1350.00 INR credit in my account. I want clarification on it why so much less amount.

I had paid 7918.00 INR for return journey how much the cost for single trip???

I want breakup for my ticket amount because according to your calculation you will deduct only 1000 rs for cancellation and it means my ticket of return is only 2350 INR only??? Which is not possible.

Kindly send me actual breakup with actual refundable amonut ASAP.
