Tytr developed a crack only after 800kms

Hello Sir,

This is to bring to your notice, that recently bought Diesel Beat from Aravali Motors Sector 14 Gurgaon, It comes with a stock Tyre of Goodyear, after driving for Just 800 Km tyre developed a crack, in the side walls, and this is no Damage, as my rims have no mark of any damage, now the Engineers says that this normal damage, tell me sir, what kind of tyre they make, that can only last 800 kms. I am thoroughly feel cheated by this thug company (Good Year), now I plan to replace all my tyre to Michelin, Please help me if you can.
