Delay in Getting Refill

Cylinder refill has been booked on 28th Dec. We got the message from Gopal Rao Enterprises, HP Gas Dealer on 6th Jan that cylinder will be delivered within 48 hrs. My wife left all her works and stayed in the house all these from 6th to 12th Jan. Through phone no proper response. They are not attending the phone calls. This kind of things happens with Gopal Rao Enterprises very often. I my self made many complaints but the attitude of gas agency continues. I request the Indian Consumer Forum to take required action.
