Blockage of ticket reservation from user id

Dear Sir / Madam

I had filed a complaint against blockage of the rail reservation against the user id kopi23.

The request No given was [#938931]

In the response the reply rendered was that there are " Multiple User-IDs against the same email id" from

I wish to clarify there is only one user id against my email

The acct has to be activated at the earliest as being a Govt employee posted in Kashmir i need to plan my travel in advance.
