Theft

On 4th Jan'11 My our family were travelling in Garib rath-12910 which was diverted route from main line. There was 1 person snatch the hand bag from my Wife with some sharp blade/knife in his hand & escaped from running train. I pulled the chain & stopped the train. I gave all the deatil to RPF jawans on duty & submitted the thief' bag which was in compartment to them. Guards immidiately dropped before the station. I reported the guard (K. N Pourohit-Bhopal) on duty, Later followed RPF at station, They told they have the information& later at 05622421122, I also informed GRP Thana to Soma Mourya, Munesh & also to SHO Vijay singh-09454404418 to follow immidiately as there was mobile in Bag. But all my efforts results no action. Only 1 response from GRP-Agra that we are not having any written information & cross questions from me only.

Require attention of concerned officers to first understand & then take the responsibility for my theft of Rs 250000 approx. & strengthen the security.
