Png new connection

I have registered for new gspc png connection before six months at gspc halol office for my residence c-7 uma society kanjari road halol with Geyser point. Till date I can't got connection recently came two days ago contract co. vendors for pipe fitting (fixofit co.), they are demanding money by giving verious type of reasons like of holes for pipe, one time rout fixed by them &holes done then came another man known himself as a third party inspector Mr.sailesh patel. He cencelled the fixed rout &other guideline given to vendors.as per his attitude also seems to get extra money. I am service man contect office nos.always noreply.on sunday I free but Halol Office close on sunday. Vendors also not ready for geyser point work, so what i have to do? Also no company member contected me after registraion. This is one kind of harreshment to consumer.
