Damaged in Volvo Bus

I have booked ticket at Rs 1250 in VOLVO sleeper bus for my mother dated on 21-Apr. Joueney was around 14 hrs and bus got damaged in between after 6 hrs. Then Hans driver sent her by non-ac sleeper coach after 2 hours of stop because they can not repair in between. Now they have charged me for Volvo AC sleeper bus and sent her by non ac bus. She faced so many problems because of their fault. Now they are not refunding extra money what they have charged. We want refund of that money as this is not our fault and she didn't get facilty for which we got charged.
