Uncertain and Irregular Supply of Gas Cylinders

The Gas Dealer is a very adamant and non-cooperative lady. It is known to all. But she always manipulates the things to her side, in the way best known to her. We are consumer for supply no 16410. The supply for the same is due from the month of January. On asking she uses many pretexts on the behalf of her Gas Supplier: for example- you were not at home, your gas cylinder was not empty, you did not have due to lack of money etc. She should be fined for each complaint. People are seen purchasing Gas in Black very easily. This all non sense should be stopped at all in a free and pious country like India. The Gas Agency should be snatched from her and be given to a co -operative society of ten unemployed persons registered at the employment exchange.
