Harrsement by TTE

I was travelling from Mumbai to ahmedabd dated :24/07 by Bandra - Bhavnagar express train Train No:12971 My PNR NO: 8558028964, S 11, Berth 9, Ticket was booked by my daughter at Ahmedabad- in Tatkal quata. This journey was very very urgent, I was having my Driving licence- My PAN card, My Bank I Card also, at the time of booking my daughter had given the details regarding my Driving licence which was unfortunately TRUE COPY, during the Visit of Mr. TTE at 11.30 pm I had shown my Driving Licence & at the same time I have shown my other original Bank I card / Pan Card also, but Mr. TTE having his own obstinacy & didn't allow me to travel peacefully & charged Rs.- 480/- I requested him many times to have a look on my other original Identity proof, but Mr. TTE wanted only & only my original Driving Licence & not even ready to see and check other proofs. I think that Mr. TTE's intention was force me to go by other way. Please
