I booked a 12000RS online ticket BOM-BKK, paid at the Nariman offices of Thai Airways, was told 2 days before the flight that it was cnacelled, booked a flight with JetAir and found out at the airport that the Thai light was operating as scheduled. Apparently they had found someone that paid more. An arline that lies to its customers - wellcome aboard!
