Faulty part & no maners hw to talk to cust.n poor services

Dear sir,

i purchased bike on 16 oct which is company in mahipalpur delhi and the name of comany is k s automobile wen i gone to the service centre they dnt have manners hw to talk to the cust..and without my permission he can the chain cover set which is running ok and wen is said dis is already ok and d which he changed dat part is faulty.iam going to take legal action against hero honda .if he dnt knw hw to provide service then plz close your centre. I hope u can do something.
