Maruti Zen Estilo VXI
Bad Behavior from Dealer and Representative

Dear,

Aug 31 i bought a Maruti Zen Estilo VXi from Popular Automobiles Kollam, Kerala, India. The representative is Mr. Firaz.

I take delivery of the car on 31Aug-09 with full cash 3.95 lakhs Rs. (on road)

The car don't have Floor mat and Mud flap so i try to buy from there but they are not provided

I went to other shop (Indus) and arrange all and go to home.

evening 7.30 Mr. firaz call me and ask me 13, 000 Rs. more

i ask to him why? if i paid i need bill then he saying no bill nothing paythe amount otherwise we are not going to register and remember you orginal documents like bill, brochure, tax receipt all with me.

and i try to call Mr. Manilal manager Popular automobiles but he is not attending the call.

Mr. Hussain from Maruti udyog Ltd call me for enqiring the car performance at the same time i inform to him also so please give guidence to Popular and their representaive Firas to deal properly to the customers.
