Transaction failed, not retran to many

Dear Sir,

I have booked two e-ticket from irctc the website of indian railways on 14-02 from Raipur (R) to ambikapur (abkp) and ahmedabad to Raipur having Transaction ID "0308670379 "

and Transaction ID "0309820146 " respectively for date of journey on 15-02 and 19-02..

booking status of failed

As per irctc rules an amount of Rs. 220 521 /- was refunded to me, which was also shown by IRCTC on their "failed ticket history page" but the same is not transferred to my sbi bank account yet. It is requested to please help.
