Usage of low quality duplicate parts

My KL 16 9181 maruthi Alto was done an accident repair at hercules automobiles trivandrum. The overall quality of work is very poor. They changed the damage rear view mirror with a duplicate one of very poor quality. Is it allowable to use duplicate parts in an authorised maruthi service centre. Sir i am waiting for ur positive reply.
