Product Defective & poor response

We have bought a hero Passion PRO at HAYATHNAGAR branch. But some defects were indentified & next day morning bike was shown to them, T/R was not issued & they are attacking us on asking for replacement (there was a large gap between the petrol tank & side doom)...
