I had bought CBX Xtreme from Yuva Motors (Faridabad, Haryana)
I have given my bike for service in Yuva Motors Service station. My bike number is HR-29 U6436. Aftre the last free services & I ma facing lost of problem in my bike, when I complaint for this, Mr. S K Garg-General Manager Yuva Motors that make the Job Card as Paid Service. I give my bike along with the Key & Center lock remote. Aftre three hours I recieved 2-3 three calls that you have not submitt your remote. Whne I confirmd that I have already give the remote to your engeener than They are agreed for that & confirm that they search & return the same. NextDay I call to Mr. S K Garg-GeneralManager, Mr. Yogesh- Sr. Engeener, Mr. Ramkumar-Engeener for the remote they told me that It has been misplaced & iwll give you the same in next two three days. I told to Yogesh that we require awritten confirmation for the same. But no body readyto give me written confirmation. I trid to reach Mr. S K Gargfor the same & It's been a very horrible experience with speaking with him. He he handling his customera as servent. I am the customer & chasing to all Mr. Ramkumar, S K Garg, Mr. Yogesh for my bike & every time got a rude reply from all of them. And realy I am very dispponted with services of Hero Honda & never recomned to anybody for purchase the hero honda bike. Thanks for your services & way of handling the customer.
