Faulty battery replacement of hero honda bike

Sir,

We are many time to go Hero Honda service center regarding the faulty battery replacement issue, but they are not replace the faulty battery during the warranty. Once again today (04-02-10) we are going to Cross wheels Hero Honda service center in Moradabad (UP). We are saying please replace the battery because warranty period in due on 06-02.then he say to me this is not possible to replace the battery. But we are trying to replace the battery.

Dear Sir please advice what we do if they are not replace the battery during the warranty period, because warranty on battery are expired on 06-02.

Warranty expired on: 06-02

Service center: Cross wheels Auto (P) ltd. Moradabad (U.P)
