Oil leake

Dear sir i purchased a Passion Pro Drs from wheels, thrissur, kerala show room on 2nd July. The very first day I found a problem, that the petrol leaked from the overflow tube heavily. So the very next day I handover my vehicle to the Wheels Service centre, They took 1 day to solve the issue. But the issue was not over. So I again admitted my vehicle. And it is solved but they took 2days to solve the issue. After a week I found another problem that the vehicle have starting problem and I again admitted the vehicle to the service centre. They said the problem is due to “plug complaint” so I buy a plug and replace the older one. After the second service I found another problem that engine oil leaks. I again handover the vehicle the very next day. They said that is a minor problem and after one hour they handover the vehicle to me. But the problem is not over. They very next day I again handover the vehicle to them . then they said there is problem with the oil seal. After 2 days they replace the oil seal and I give them 12Rs. But again the problem is not over. I again handover my vehicle to them. This process repeated nearly 5 times :). And they said they have not got the suitable part to replace the oil seal. So I ride my vehicle nearly one weak with the oil leakage. I again went to them and handover the bike to them. After two days they said they replace the oil seal successfully. They also said the problem is over, and will not happen again. They also buy Rs34 from me. But the very next day the problem occurred. So I handover the bike to them on 3rd January. Today I called them to enquire about the status of my bike. They said they will give my bike to me tomorrow. I have lost the faith in your service and bike. I admitted the bike to them for the complaint of oil leake around 8 times. They sometimes gives me the acknowledgment card sometimes not. I am so sad about your product and service. Please replace my vehicle with a new one (with no complaint) or please refund my amount.
