Engine problem

I had a problem related to the engine of my motorcycle. I got it serviced many times at the authorised service centre still the problem was not resolved. When I made a complaint to the company via there website, I got a call from the local dealer who again got my motorcycle serviced. Still the problem was not resolved and I again made a complaint to the company via there website. (Complaint no: 12010409, 12010425). This complaint was made to them about 10 days ago still I haven't received any calls from either the company or the dealer.

Kindly help me with this issue.
