IMPROPER SERVICE & REPAIRING

I am prakash pokharna from udaipur.from last 2 years i m not getting the proper services for my bike.i also lodged the complaints on the toll free number (1800-266-0018) but not got any proper response.i also contact at regional office (0141-2389156) but again i got no response.after every 1-2 month same problem arises.

so kindly take some further action as soon as possible against the company as they are not providing the proper services to thier customers.
