No after sales service

Hi,

I have posted the registered letter to the Heromotocorp, and they have still not replied, Also guys please observe that there is no reply from any of the customer care personnel from Hero Honda side for any complaints on the site.

They are not interested for a replying to the customers, repeated complaints are of no use as they never get replied. Also there is no email id or the customer care Ids present on the website for contacting them.

I have attached the letter I have send to the Hero Honda.

Subject:- More information required for model Glamour.

Respected Sir,

With due respect to the earlier conversation we had, I would like to update you regarding the letter as provided by the Automark Gultekadi. (If you are not aware, I will provide you a scan copy of the same for your reference).

In the said letter, they have not mentioned query as raised by me during the entire conversation. Please find some of the queries enlisted below, kindly provide me the reply for the same.

1 My main query is that the availability of the spare parts for the model Glamour are not available in the open market. The available market has components which are sold above the MRP prices.

2 This is the 3rd time my engine is getting opened, for the same problem. What is the design validation parameters for determination of the life cycle for this engine?

3 There is persistant denial for written acceptance of the facts that there are designal flawless in the vehicle design, with the plate below tail lights gets broken within a year of purchase, the older block piston assembly has defects. (I really suppose, you should morally accept the responsibility and you may have surely penalized your vendor for the same.)

4 I really do not recommend the use of the Automark services as now a days, there is custom of insulting the customers. I do not mind spending the same money with other open market qualified mechanics (recognized by the government and other competitors). And also, you will never recognize the fact for any defects in your vehicles.

5 Is it mentioned in your manual that vehicle should be rehauled after every 40, 000km? even if the engine has been changed twice during the same period?

As information regarding my handling of the vehicles, I have your Street model, Passion for last 10 years, their engine were rehauled after 6 years to 8 years, with regular oil changes and replacement of spares. I was the one, who had insisted that the oil filter of my vehicle should be cleaned during the first servicing, which automark kothrud refused to clean it, citing the unavailability of the packing material and problems with the material used in the vehicle.

Insulting the customer, is primary function for the official “servicing” of the vehicle. I firmly state that I cannot tolerate such behaviour meted out by the “official agency” and I value my self respect more then servicing of the Bike from authorized herohonda agencies. Insulting includes expellation from the gate/proach of the Workshop, rude denial of the spare parts, not conducting the essential routine checks and activities as requested to misguiding the customers into believing extended life cycle of the engine. (though)

Though, this will be the last 2-wheeler, I will use again, I am really upset for as I had bought HH vehicle only for the life and performance, but the service and general outlook for a customer of HH personel is pathetic.
