Hero Honda Goodlife programme
Non issuing of gift items

I am a member of herohonda good life programme bearing card no. 1058600004370938 valid from 03/07/09 to 02/07. Total points earned by me 19581 as on 24/04. When I go to my nearest two dealers viz., to take gift from Pibco Hero Honda Limited, Guwahati they tell me that the gift is not available, not for the first time several times like in the month of jan, feb, mar and april because we cannot check their gift stock register secondly I go to D R Brijmohans Pvt. Lytd., Guwahati, they give me two items (12500 & 15000 points) and advice me to collect another gift (17500 points) from where I refer my friends because they (dealer) have purchased the gifts from their own money. Now the question is why the department write in the card valid in india only. Last motor cycle I refer in kolkata and is it possible to collect gift from kolkata whereas i am staying in guwahati. Please read the above and reply is awaiting
