Hero honda hero honda super splender
Clutchplate & battery got defective within six month

I have purchased hero honda splender from hero honda authorised dealer M/s. Aher Auto, Kalyan, in the month of november-09 but within 9 months clutchplates and battery have gone faulty. regarding clutchplate dealer said in the city due to heavy traffic we press clutch so often that's why clutch plate is gone faulty and you have to replace at your cost. then forcibly i have replace the clutchplate. and regarding battery you have to go to our reprsentative he will do the needful. but i dont understand that within a very short period how the battery & clutchplate have gone faulty.
