Ike repair after accident and insurance claim

I have bought a hero honda hunk, panther black in colour, in the month of august this year from Pratham Motors, pune... the no. for the same is MH12 GE 1730. On 21 oct, i met an accident and the bike was damaged... for repair and insurance claim i had given the bike in Shreyas Automobiles, lonavla. The repair of the bike more than one month, scarcity of spare parts was the said reason. They kept on saying that the parts are not available in panther black colour, incidentally the bike was fitted with the normal black colour fiber parts.

pathetic state of affairs... without the spares how does the company survives and on top what about the customer satisfaction... chairman speech last year claims 11 growth in sale. it also insists on its objective of customer service which is not met at all.
