Non-recipt of booked article

Dear Sir,

Respectfully I beg to state that I have been trasfreed from Hojai to Nazira. I have booked my motor cycle bearing Registration No. AS23C/9419 on 15/03 rom Hojai Railway Booking Counter vide Receipt No. 298911 but till date the said motor cycle have not yet been received by me. But today telephonic information received from Tinsukia that the M/Cycle can not unload at Nazira. I am request them to send back the same to Simulguri Jn. that I can easily received the same. They told me that the train Guard refuse to carry it as the M/cycle booked for Nazira. and they asked me to proceed Tinsukia and carrying the m/cycle by passenger train. I am requeted them that I am engaged in ensuing General Election Duty. It is my utter surprise if it is inconvenience to unload the good at Nazira why Hojai Booking Clerk Bookd my M/cycle.

I earnestly request you kindly to arrange to unload my motor cycle at Simulguri Jn. so that I can easily collect it. Yours faithfully,
