Starting trouble in bike and dissatisfaction with free sevice

I bought a passion pro on 21-05. i have a frequent compliant with the starting of the bike.my bike have undergone three free services at ooty (2) and one at sulthan bathery. due to repeated instuctions to the service dealers, they have not rectified the complaints in the bike.
