I (NAGARAJU K R) booked the Hero Honda Passion Pro on 01-11 at Ravi motors, Tumkur.

First, They promised to delivery on 20-11 but even after calling so many times i got it on 1-12 and after that they charged extra charges for further fittings like helmet, tank cover and seat cover which were low quality things. Finally i payed more price when compared to other dealers.

second, I purchased my bike through Bank Loan and ravi motors does not sent RC book, invoice copies and insurance copies to Bank. The worst is i also don't received any from them. The bank people asking me give the bike or pay the full amount and i payed fine thrice to traffic police. I ended up paying RS 300/- each time to police. The bad thing is This is not only faced by me. This faced by every customer who bought from ravi motors.

I AM REQUESTING HERO HONDA MOTORS NOT TO GIVE DEALERSHIP TO SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE. PLEASE CHECK THE BACK ROUND OF DEALERS OTHERWISE THEY WILL SPOIL THE NAME OF THE COMPANY.
