Dear Sir

This is to inform you that I have Purchased Hero hond Scooter -Pleasure on 30.12.09 from M/s UPPAL Motors Noida Dealer of Hero hond. From day one I am facing problem in fuel meter. I informed to dealer about non working of fuel meter. Dealer representative informed that during first service they will rectify /replace the same. I took the scooter for servicing on14.02.10. While delivering the scooter on 15.02.10 dealer representative confirmed me that they rectify the problem of fuel meter. When I filled the petrol on way to my home, it was observed that fuel meter not working. Again we took the scooter on dealer show room/workshop on 17.02.10. But delaer did not changed the fuel meter and told since the part is not available, he cannot do anything.

Look after spending Rs 40, 000/-plus we are getting such substandard product from such reputed company like hero hond.also the attitude of dealer is very apthatic towards the problem faced by the customer. Pl do need ful at your end.
