Hero Honda splender Plus Bike
SERVICING NOT PROPER

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Have purchased a Bike {HERO HONDA SPLENDER PLUS} on 02/01 from ROHAN AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD, CRPF SQUARE, BHUBANESWAR.

In Due time i have made my bike servicing. But now my Batery { EXIDE} is not working. EXIDE Service center, [Remuna, Balasore] rejected my request to exchange/repair the batery. The reason is-the service book of batery, is not maintained by authorized service center of Hero honda, (DURGA AUTOMOBILES, CHANDRASEKHARPUR, BHUBANESWAR) where i have made my servicing. The warrenty period is till 01-01.

Please help me on this. The batery [EXIDE] should be exchanged/repaired.
