Poor servising of motor in regular servicing

After buying my motorcycle which is super splender was seviced in the J.D.motors of kishanganj (Hero honda showroom) in due period of servicing. at the time of second servicing on 28/12 at 3pm both of my bikes.they didnot washed my bike due to drainage problem and told me to come after two or three days. when i went there for washing of my bike on 15th january and again on 22nd of january the person sitting in the reception did not pay any attention and again excused the same thing for not washing the bike. it compelled me to lodge a complaint against the dealer due to their poor service and behaviour. i have four motorcycle of hero honda in family because its product.my engine chesis no is MBLJA05EGA 9G01913 AND another CHESIS NO IS MBLJA05EE99MO3314. THIS KIND OF ACT SHOULD BE HIGHLY CONDEMNED FOR CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW SO THAT A SATISFACTORY SERVICE CAN BE DONE IN FAVOUR OF CONSUMERS.
