Flaw in service and loyalty

Sir,

i am a hero motocorp customer . i bought a KARIZMA R from Aher Auto, sadanand sankul, kalyan, maharashtra in jan.i went for 4th servicing on 28/09n after servicing i inspected n found my EXPENSIVE HORN STOLEN whereas i informed before servicing that my bike had a horn which did not include in standard fitment.

the dealer n concerned authorities have APOLOGISED n promised to make up for the losses. This was a good gesture from their side but if it had been some person who has no technical information would have fallen prey to this incident.we trust hero motocorp which was hero honda then.not expected from you all.please take action to avoid this in future. Please dnt let us down, expect a lot from hero motocorp.
