Dear Sir,

My name is Mr. Chhandrakant R.Shinde. I had make a full payment (on 10-10-11) for karizma ZMR in 101, niksia house, mehendale garage chowk, Erandwane.(united agency)

As the sales personal and manager gives me word on delivery of the vehicle on 11-10-11.on that particular day they wasted my whole day because they lost the key of the same vehicle. They bring a key-maker and play with the bike for 4 hours. Afterword they said that they will give me another vehicle within four days, what a shame, till today they are unable to give the bike.

Please look in to the matter.
