Misbehaviou

Dear sir,

i bought a motorbike last month from the Jyoti motors basti jodhewal Ludhiana it's brand name is HERO MOTOR CORP. Model name is PASSION PRO so far, i actually have to explain you that i driven to above said dealer 2-3 days back for supposed to avail first free service which was provided by the company with motor bike but matter is that they people did not entertain me or i have been nothing provided, i mean to say that i was there for 3-4 hours in a que for service token so far, even i was misbehaved by the staff. Therefore it is to request you please guide me how to take action against above said company and the dealer . i will be very oblized to you if you look into the matter as early as you can. THANKS .
